MORE THAN $18 MILLION FOR AGED CARE IN THE RIVERINA AND CENTRAL WEST
Senior residents in the Riverina and Central West will receive a significant boost with more than $18 million in funding for new residential aged care places and capital grants.

COMMUNITY organisations across the Riverina and Central West are set to share in a $5 million national program providing funding for small-scale solar energy generation and storage projects.

Regional communities throughout Australia will benefit from 330 new infrastructure projects and community initiatives, as part of a $204.3 million investment under Round 3 of the Federal Liberal and Nationals Government’s highly successful Building Better Regions Fund (BBRF).
NORTH QUEENSLAND WATER INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED
The Australian Government has established a dedicated North Queensland Water Infrastructure Authority to provide the strategic planning and coordination needed to deliver water security and boost agriculture throughout the region.
